Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong English skills (verbal and written).
- Strong technology skills and ability to learn multiple systems (including Hubspot and Front).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with problem-solving and identifying potential issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for health and wellbeing.
- Experience in healthcare and/or Australian-based companies is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and solve inbound customer tickets, emails, live chats, and outbound calls.
- Respond to request-a-call-back enquiries.
- Participate in proactive customer campaigns such as surveys and new product launches.
- Communicate with pharmacies on queries or issues as required.
- Assist internal stakeholders with Customer Service related tasks.
