Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in CRM implementation and project management, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (required).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Experience with data migration, ETL tools, and CRM integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) preferred.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Familiarity with retail tech, kiosk operations, or consumer electronics industries preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Configure and optimize SFDC objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
- Drive enterprise-wide CRM strategy, roadmap, and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and system adoption.
- Manage project planning and delivery for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, design sessions, and UAT cycles with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience.
- Manage relationships with external implementation partners, system integrators, and vendors.
- Lead change management and training programs to ensure high user adoption post-launch.
