Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, listing management, or similar roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps) with a backup.
- Laptop or desktop with at least a quad-core 2.5GHz CPU, 8GB RAM, and 128GB SSD.
- Dedicated quiet workspace, headset with microphone, and webcam.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain property listings across multiple booking platforms.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews for listing accuracy and consistency.
- Act as a communication bridge between the Channels team and other internal departments.
- Analyze listing and revenue performance using Excel or Google Sheets to derive actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot platform challenges and proactively resolve operational issues.
- Refine team workflows to improve efficiency and contribute to quarterly objectives.
