Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, or account management at a startup or high-growth company.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and exercise good judgment under pressure.
- Proactive builder mindset focused on process improvement and documentation.
- Proficiency in tools such as Linear, Slack, Gmail, Retool, and AI tools.
- Strong sense of ownership and follow-through on all tasks.
- Experience in food, restaurants, delivery logistics, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Experience working with freelance or creative vendors is preferred.
- Familiarity with CX workflows and internal ops dashboards is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Run smooth merchant cycles by managing the operating calendar from menu deadlines to delivery.
- Act as the primary partner for restaurants regarding cycle status, promos, and day-to-day operations.
- Monitor dispatch, delivery, fulfillment, and payouts to proactively address issues.
- Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and runbooks to improve operational reliability.
- Triage and resolve customer support requests while identifying patterns for product improvement.
- Coordinate storefront updates, packaging, and launch asset design.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to test features and push for fixes based on feedback.
- Contribute to weekly leadership reporting regarding operational metrics and health.
