Responsibilities
- Redesign processes for customer payment methods to improve cash conversion.
- Research, vet, and onboard vendors for AI-integrated customer-facing efforts.
- Build internal predictive analytics models to identify high-risk payment issues.
- Spearhead quality task forces for major customers.
- Manage teams of agents within operations.
- Handle frontline customer workflows, resolve issues, and identify process improvements.
