Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in client support, customer service, account operations, or related roles.
- Proficiency with SaaS tools and client operations workflows.
- Experience using data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM reporting.
- Proven ability to interpret reports to highlight areas of improvement or success.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple accounts and conflicting priorities.
- Effective professional communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to approach operational challenges with a solution-oriented, critical thinking mindset.
- Capacity to work effectively with operational metrics, contract obligations, and data interpretation.
Responsibilities
- Support a defined portfolio of client accounts through consistent service delivery and strategic operational oversight.
- Resolve client escalations and inquiries from intake to resolution.
- Assist with implementation activities and ongoing execution of service agreements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service delivery metrics to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Manage billing invoice reviews, audits, credits, and chargebacks.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking account health metrics and execute client reporting.
- Audit internal workflows to identify and implement process improvements.
