Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and statistical research.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong time management practices and proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate across teams.
- Proficiency in conducting sophisticated web-based research.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data management systems.
- Practical knowledge of data analytics tools like PowerBI or QuickSight (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Execute data collection, development, and analysis with a focus on relevance, precision, and accuracy.
- Undertake in-depth analysis of key entities within the People Intelligence data product.
- Employ analysis techniques to discern patterns, derive insights, and identify data quality discrepancies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to appraise data quality and develop workflows for data completeness.
- Perform tasks in an agile environment and facilitate interactions between interdisciplinary teams.
