- Excellent attention to detail when handling contact data, messages, and campaign settings
- Ability to follow documented workflows consistently without close supervision
- Reliable internet connection and availability during working hours that overlap with U.S. time zones
- Confidence working with spreadsheets, web-based platforms, and multiple browser tools
- Clear communication when reporting completed work, errors, or blockers
- Ability to manage recurring daily and weekly responsibilities accurately and on schedule
Responsibilities
- Keep active prospects engaged by replying to messages and completing 10-20 timely follow-ups each day
- Monitor email and LinkedIn sequences to ensure campaigns launch, send, and progress as expected
- Identify stalled conversations and make sure agreed next steps are completed
- Build accurate prospect lists by researching companies that match defined ideal customer profiles
- Enrich prospect records with verified email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, and other relevant contact information
- Upload contacts and campaign messaging into Apollo, Dripify, and related outbound tools
- Maintain the master prospect list so sales activity and contact information remain current
- Update weekly outbound campaign metrics and flag unusual changes or performance issues
- Replace bounced email addresses with verified alternatives to protect campaign deliverability
- Support nurture campaigns, conference outreach, and other go-to-market projects as needed
