- A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across editorial, brand, and promotional design.
- Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships directly.

- Capability to operate with high autonomy within an established framework.
- Strong time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation while working within established brand systems.

- Must submit a resume and a creative portfolio showing previous executed projects.
Responsibilities
- Execute complex design work across editorial, brand systems, and promotional/campaign materials.
- Act as a dedicated creative partner for assigned stakeholder groups.
- Provide peer mentorship and set craft standards within the design pod.
- Independently scope, design, and deliver high-visibility projects to brief.
- Collaborate with internal communications and creative teams to meet stakeholder needs.
- Provide and receive constructive craft feedback within the design and content studio.
- Proactively manage and flag capacity constraints to the Design Lead.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of the company brand design system.
