Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (no equivalencies accepted)
- 4+ years of graphic design experience focused on user-centered design and accessibility
- Proficiency in Bootstrap, jQuery, and centralized CSS files
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Experience collaborating with development teams to integrate designs into technical environments
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required federal Public Trust clearance
Responsibilities
- Design and implement accessible, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for applications and platforms
- Create visually compelling, user-centered designs using Bootstrap, jQuery, and centralized CSS files
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to integrate designs within the .NET Core, C#, and Power Platform environment
- Ensure all new and modified designs comply with Section 508 accessibility standards
- Maintain visual and functional consistency across applications and reports
- Support formal usability testing activities under Task 5, as directed by the COR
