Requirements

- Strong UX judgment capable of aligning design solutions with business goals.
- Hands-on experience using data, research, or analytics to inform design decisions.
- Conceptual familiarity with front-end development.
- Curiosity and comfort using AI tools in the design and shipping process.
- Proven ability to lead stakeholder meetings and drive consensus independently.
- Commitment to product design as a craft.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve the 'right' problem before focusing on aesthetics.
Responsibilities
- Independently scope business goals and opportunities into shippable work.
- Conduct user discovery through interviews, data analysis, and problem identification.
- Represent the design team in stakeholder meetings to drive alignment.
- Develop production-quality UX and UI grounded in user needs and business objectives.
- Utilize AI tooling to accelerate design processes where appropriate.
- Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver products from concept to launch.
- Apply an evidence-based approach using research and analytics throughout the design process.
