- Strong portfolio demonstrating range in editorial, brand identity systems, and promotional design.
- Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships independently.
- Ability to operate with high autonomy within an established design framework.
- Expertise in spatial and event brand application.
- Strong collaboration skills for working within cross-functional teams.
- Effective time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Growth mindset with openness to critique and continuous skill development.
Responsibilities
- Execute complex, high-visibility designs across editorial, brand systems, and promotional/campaign materials.
- Act as the creative lead for an assigned internal stakeholder group.
- Provide peer mentorship and establish quality standards within the design pod.
- Independently scope, design, and deliver projects from brief to completion.
- Provide and receive constructive craft feedback within the design and content teams.
- Manage capacity and coordinate with the Design Lead.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of the company brand design system.
