- Ability to distinguish between consumer-grade and enterprise-ready content.
- Portfolio link or work samples provided during screening.
- Must be prepared to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
- Strictly prohibited from using LLMs or generative AI tools for onboarding or evaluation tasks.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate candidate designs to determine which better meets professional standards.
- Judge designs based on dimensions like readability, text density, and information hierarchy.
- Review 'before and after' tasks to determine which AI output satisfies design edit requests.
- Participate in experimental tasks to refine AI visual communication.
