Requirements
- Several years’ experience designing and delivering solutions for LIMS, ELN, or similar complex software.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
- Strong programming skills with detailed knowledge of Python.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and fact-finding skills.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to deliver agreed workload within deadlines.
- Excellent listening and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success working responsibly and effectively from a home office.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Good computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM programs.
- Ideally, knowledge of GWT, MySQL, Oracle, Tomcat, Linux, and AWS.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of Sapio Sciences’ products and services.
- Work with the Sapio Sciences team to develop and deploy solutions for the customer.
- Collaborate with the Business Analyst to understand customers’ business requirements and processes.
- Design Sapio solutions using an agile approach to define deliverables for Application Engineers.
- Ensure customer requirements are met based on time, budget, quality, and success criteria.
- Advise customers on Sapio Science best practices for successful deployment.
- Provide 3rd tier support for customers post-implementation.
- Support Project Managers in the delivery of customer projects.
- Act as a bridge between the Product team and the customer.
- Drive the Sapio Sciences agile deployment methodology.
