Requirements
- Technical sales experience working with prospects, partners, or technical buyers.
- Hands-on technical ability to read/write Python or JavaScript.
- Ability to test APIs using cURL or Postman.
- Deep understanding of AI and search concepts: RAG, LLMs, agents, context windows, and lexical/semantic search.
- Strong understanding of developer API experience (docs, rate limits, error messages).
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical ideas in plain language.
- Proven internal follow-through to bridge customer feedback to internal teams.
- Experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or developer platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with the AI builder ecosystem preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support technical sales conversations by joining partner calls and explaining API integration.
- Run demos and build proof-of-concepts using Python/JS for LLM and RAG use cases.
- Assist prospects with API onboarding and troubleshooting to remove integration blockers.
- Improve sales and technical documentation, including FAQs, scripts, and sample code.
- Provide clear feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams regarding customer needs and competitive gaps.
- Enhance the overall developer experience and API setup flow.
- Drive integration adoption within developer tools like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Support product launches by providing technical demos and clear explanations.
