Requirements
- Experience in technical sales, engaging with prospects, customers, and technical buyers.
- Hands-on ability to read and write basic Python or JavaScript.
- Proficiency in testing APIs using tools like cURL or Postman.
- Understanding of RAG, LLMs, agentic frameworks, and lexical vs. semantic search.
- Knowledge of developer platform pain points, including docs, rate limits, and integration workflows.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights for internal teams.
- Familiarity with the AI builder ecosystem is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Join customer and partner calls to lead technical discovery and explain Brave Search API fit.
- Create demos, small apps, notebooks, and examples for search, RAG, LLM apps, and agents.
- Work with prospects to troubleshoot and remove blockers during API integration.
- Create and maintain technical guides, demo scripts, FAQs, and integration documentation.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback regarding features, docs, and implementation to internal teams.
- Improve developer experience by streamlining API onboarding and documentation.
- Integrate the product with AI frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Provide technical content for product launches.
