Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably within a fast-growing startup or B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience collaborating with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams.
- Ability to translate technical challenges into user-friendly experiences and actionable strategies.
- Experience using product analytics and data tracking tools to inform roadmap decisions.
- Familiarity with AI tools and ability to use them to improve workflows.
- Strong ownership mindset with adaptability and a bias toward action.
- Experience leading complex data migrations, ETL processes, or technical data transformation projects is highly preferred.
- Background in growth product management, customer adoption, healthcare technology, or dental technology is a plus.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for customer onboarding and data migration experiences.
- Design intuitive customer-facing tools, including dashboards, readiness checklists, and migration status trackers.
- Lead the end-to-end experience for technical customer onboarding, transforming complex data conversion workflows.
- Partner with engineering teams to develop internal tools and infrastructure for data extraction, transformation, and migration.
- Translate technical challenges into clear product requirements and practical solutions.
- Collaborate with design, customer success, sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize adoption.
- Develop lifecycle touchpoints that guide customers through migration preparation and post-launch feature adoption.
- Implement product analytics and data tracking strategies to measure migration performance and identify friction points.
- Maintain technical documentation, product requirements, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and product development workflows.
