Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or marketing engineering in consumer SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, or DTC.
- Proven experience owning growth metrics like acquisition, revenue, CAC, or ROAS.
- Deep understanding of paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta, and Reddit.
- Experience building and managing attribution frameworks.
- Ability to create and evaluate high-performing marketing creative, ad copy, and landing page experiences.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset to design workflows, automation, and scalable operations.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or LLM-based workflows.
- Proven ability to build and launch processes that improve team efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own paid acquisition strategy across channels including Google, Meta, Reddit, influencer partnerships, and connected TV.
- Build and improve AI-native growth systems that automate workflows and create compounding improvements.
- Develop, test, and optimize direct-response creative, landing pages, and conversion strategies.
- Establish and maintain a strong attribution framework connecting investment to business outcomes.
- Oversee SEO and content acquisition strategies across search and AI-powered discovery platforms.
- Partner with lifecycle teams to improve retention and reactivation initiatives.
- Analyze performance data to make strategic decisions improving CAC, ROAS, and efficiency.
- Create rapid experimentation cycles for learning and iteration.
