Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven editorial taste and ability to craft engaging, high-quality content.
- Deep understanding of SEO and emerging Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies.
- Advanced proficiency as an LLM power user for drafting, synthesizing, and automating content.
- Experience managing content production pipelines, including AI workflows and human-in-the-loop editing.
- Ability to maintain high accuracy standards for financial/insurance content.
- Experience managing direct reports, AI agents, or freelance contributors.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute content strategy to rank on Google and earn citations in LLMs like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
- Design and operate a scalable content production system integrating AI drafts, human editing, QA gates, and drift metrics.
- Define and maintain editorial standards for accuracy and credibility, especially for YMYL (Your Money Your Life) financial content.
- Manage traffic and AI-citation targets to drive customer acquisition and conversion.
- Oversee editorial output across jerry.ai and external channels, allocating resources effectively.
