Requirements
- 7+ years in content and editorial roles.
- 3+ years leading an SEO-driven content program at a consumer, fintech, insurtech, or marketplace brand.
- Proven track record of measurable organic growth, such as increased sessions or scaled publish volume.
- Hands-on command of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for drafting and research.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Sitefire, Surfer, Clearscope, MarketMuse, or Frase.
- Fluency in GSC, Semrush, Ahrefs, and GA4.
- Experience managing writers and freelance teams while maintaining individual production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating editorial judgment, voice, and accuracy.
- Experience working in a regulated or high-stakes content category (insurance, personal finance, health, or legal).
Responsibilities
- Own Jerry's editorial engine across jerry.ai and external platforms, including roadmap, architecture, and resource allocation.
- Define and achieve organic traffic and conversion targets.
- Design and execute the brief-to-publish workflow using LLMs, including managing prompt libraries, QA gates, and quality-drift metrics.
- Build content clusters to rank on Google and earn citations from AI answer engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
- Enforce voice, style, and YMYL trust infrastructure, ensuring expert authorship and rigorous sourcing discipline.
