Requirements
- 3+ years in value consulting, customer success, management consulting, sales strategy, or a related role.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital transformation.
- BS / BA college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear business value narratives.
- Experience designing scalable tools and enablement systems.
- Ability to operate effectively in undefined spaces and bring structure to ambiguous problems.
- Skilled in building rigorous value frameworks and outcome modeling.
- Comfortable engaging and presenting to C-suite executives.
- Strong collaborative skills to work across Sales, Success, and Engineering teams without formal authority.
- Proactive fluency with AI and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead value realization planning for strategic and enterprise accounts by tracking outcomes against assessments and establishing measurement frameworks.
- Build and maintain scaled AI value realization capabilities, including an AI-powered tool and enablement frameworks for Customer Success teams.
- Engage directly with strategic accounts to lead value realization conversations and help customers build business cases for platform expansion.
- Partner with CSMs, Solutions Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers to connect customer business goals to native AI features.
- Own the design, build, and maintenance of a customer outcome database connecting platform adoption to business results.
- Lead integration efforts across the post-sale value ecosystem by mapping AI tooling, executive business reviews, and customer journey touchpoints.
