BA/BS in a related field.
7+ years of experience in-house or advising, preferably for the technology industry or compensation consulting firm.
Experience with job evaluation, market matching, job pricing, compensation review cycles, and global compensation practices.
Demonstrated adaptability and experience in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with executives, line management, and peers.
Experience in a client-facing role working and supporting Corporate Groups or EPD teams.
Strong change management and project management skills.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations.
Advanced Excel skills.

Drive Dropbox’s compensation philosophy, design and programs for your client teams.
Build a consultative and collaborative relationship with HR business partners, business leaders, and executive leadership on compensation programs evolution and compensation initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor on compensation decisions and support recommendations with data-backed analysis.
Research compensation best practices and perform analysis on effectiveness, competitiveness, and fairness of existing programs.
Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide compensation programs, including job architecture, market benchmarking, and compensation review cycles.
Build and deliver compensation-related training and education materials to client teams.
Partner with the Recruiting team to apply compensation policies to new hire offer packages, ensuring alignment to market and internal peers.
