Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations in business or social impact contexts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues and drive data-informed decisions.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional work end-to-end.
- Systems-minded with experience designing processes and workflows to improve scale.
- Clear, direct communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to influence without authority and navigate tradeoffs across functions.
- Technically fluent in spreadsheets, dashboards, and project management tools.
- Excited to apply AI and automation to solve operational problems.
- High ownership and professional integrity.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive a portfolio of high-priority workstreams and initiatives.
- Translate leadership priorities into clear plans and ensure consistent execution across teams.
- Conduct cross-functional analyses across Finance, HR, and Risk to identify trends and inefficiencies.
- Improve core operating mechanisms and workflows across the Global Shared Services portfolio.
- Identify and implement practical AI and automation use cases for workflows and analytics.
- Act as a high-trust thought partner to the COO and functional leaders.
