Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in value consulting, customer success, management consulting, or sales strategy.
- BS/BA college degree or relevant equivalent experience.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital transformation preferred.
- Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear business value narratives.
- Experience designing scalable tooling and enablement frameworks.
- Ability to build rigorous value frameworks and model outcomes.
- Comfortable engaging and presenting to C-suite executives.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product.
- Proactive interest and fluency in emerging AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead value realization planning for strategic and enterprise accounts, tracking outcomes against business value assessments.
- Build and maintain scaled AI value realization capabilities and tooling to enable the Customer Success team.
- Engage directly with strategic accounts to lead value realization conversations and business case development.
- Partner with CSMs, Solutions Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers to connect customer goals to Webflow capabilities.
- Design and maintain a customer outcome database connecting platform adoption to business results.
- Lead integration efforts across the post-sale value ecosystem and customer journey.
