Requirements
- 3+ years in value consulting, customer success, management consulting, sales strategy, or a related role.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital transformation.
- BS/BA college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear business value narratives.
- Experience designing scalable tooling and enablement programs.
- Comfort engaging with C-suite executives and operational leaders.
- Proficiency in building rigorous value frameworks and outcome modeling.
- Ability to collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering teams.
- Proactive interest and fluency in emerging AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead value realization planning for strategic and enterprise accounts by tracking outcomes against business value assessments.
- Build and maintain scaled AI value realization capabilities and tools for Customer Success teams.
- Engage directly with strategic accounts to lead value realization conversations and business case development.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to connect platform capabilities to measurable customer business goals.
- Design and maintain a customer outcome database linking platform adoption signals to business results.
- Lead integration efforts across the post-sale value ecosystem and executive business reviews.
