Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functional consulting.
- Proven experience leading Business Central implementations from discovery through deployment.
- Strong knowledge of core Business Central modules including Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs/Projects, and Fixed Assets.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, functional configuration, and user acceptance testing.
- Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and advise business and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and ownership of complex customer engagements.
- Interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification is a plus.
- Experience with ISV or industry-specific Business Central solutions is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional implementations from discovery through go-live, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
- Serve as a trusted functional advisor to customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to translate business requirements into scalable Business Central solutions.
- Configure standard Business Central functionality and collaborate with technical teams and implementation partners.
- Train end users and administrators and develop clear implementation documentation.
- Identify project risks, resolve functional issues, and maintain strong stakeholder alignment.
- Recommend enhancements, process improvements, and AI-enabled approaches to improve customer outcomes.
