Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functional consulting.
- Proven experience leading Business Central implementations from discovery through deployment.
- Strong knowledge of core Business Central modules, including Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs/Projects, and Fixed Assets.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, functional configuration, and user acceptance testing.
- Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with implementation partners, developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong consultative approach with the ability to balance customer requirements with scalable solution design.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and ownership of complex customer engagements.
- Interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.
- Ability to travel approximately 20–25% for customer meetings and project milestones.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional implementations from discovery through go-live, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
- Serve as a trusted functional advisor to customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Business Central solutions.
- Configure standard Business Central functionality and collaborate with technical teams and implementation partners.
- Guide customers through complex functional challenges and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
- Support successful project delivery by identifying risks, resolving functional issues, and maintaining strong stakeholder alignment.
- Recommend enhancements, process improvements, automation opportunities, and AI-enabled approaches that improve customer outcomes.
