Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent.
- 5 years recent experience in a Big 4 or boutique consulting firm.
- 5 years of experience contributing to or leading successful organizational change management (OCM) engagements.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Strong communication skills with experience crafting executive summaries and reports.
- Team-oriented mindset with a flexible, results-driven work ethic.
- Preferred: Prosci, ACMP or equivalent OCM certification.
- Preferred: 2+ years in organization development, design, or platform implementation (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption.
- Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees.
- Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness.
- Apply best practice OCM methodologies to deliver customized client change management approaches.
- Build internal networks for career growth.
- Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates.
