Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the legal or consulting industry.
- 3+ years of experience in legal technology including assessments, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Experience implementing ELM/eBilling + Matter Management, Legal Hold, and Legal Workflow tools.
- Proficiency with platforms such as TeamConnect, CounselLink, WK T360, Onit/SimpleLegal, Litify, Legal Tracker, Brightflag, or doeLegal.
- Experience with related data migration and integration workstreams.
- Four-year degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Data & Analytics, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of the technology implementation lifecycle including design, configuration, and change management.
- Proficiency in process mapping and advanced computer skills, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with experience managing project tasks, resources, and financials.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering and process documentation to implement identified solutions.
- Support business process review and transform business requirements into technical design documents.
- Draft project deliverables including findings, recommendations, data maps, test scripts, and training materials.
- Configure and develop technology solutions based on technical requirements.
- Administer system testing, track defects, and coordinate with technology providers for resolution.
- Manage project scope, schedules, workplans, and budgets while fostering client relationships.
- Conduct research on legal industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI applications.
- Contribute to business development through proposals, workplans, and presentations.
