Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in legal operations, strategy and operations, or a closely related field.
  • At least 3 years of direct people management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading at least two end-to-end technology implementations involving significant systems integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with legal or enterprise technology platforms (e.g., Ironclad, Zip, Salesforce, CPQ, Oracle, Workday).
  • Practical experience evaluating, deploying, and managing AI tools, including AI-assisted or agentic workflows.
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across legal and business functions.
  • Strong change management skills to drive adoption of new technology and processes.
  • Experience in a high-growth or recently public technology company is preferred.
  • Experience designing automated or agentic legal workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing legal operations team with clear priorities and performance expectations.
  • Define and execute the strategy for legal technology, operations, and AI enablement.
  • Lead end-to-end technology implementations and complex system integrations across platforms like contract lifecycle management, procurement, and CRM.
  • Develop and deploy AI-powered tools and agentic workflows to improve attorney productivity.
  • Evaluate legal technology solutions and manage vendor relationships.
  • Establish AI enablement programs to upskill legal professionals and embed new tools into workflows.
  • Lead business operations initiatives including GTM programs, CPQ implementations, and contract workflows.
  • Manage legal knowledge management infrastructure and KPI dashboards for leadership.
