Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in legal operations, strategy and operations, or a closely related field.
- At least 3 years of direct people management experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading at least two end-to-end technology implementations involving significant systems integrations.
- Hands-on experience with legal or enterprise technology platforms (e.g., Ironclad, Zip, Salesforce, CPQ, Oracle, Workday).
- Practical experience evaluating, deploying, and managing AI tools, including AI-assisted or agentic workflows.
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across legal and business functions.
- Strong change management skills to drive adoption of new technology and processes.
- Experience in a high-growth or recently public technology company is preferred.
- Experience designing automated or agentic legal workflows is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing legal operations team with clear priorities and performance expectations.
- Define and execute the strategy for legal technology, operations, and AI enablement.
- Lead end-to-end technology implementations and complex system integrations across platforms like contract lifecycle management, procurement, and CRM.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered tools and agentic workflows to improve attorney productivity.
- Evaluate legal technology solutions and manage vendor relationships.
- Establish AI enablement programs to upskill legal professionals and embed new tools into workflows.
- Lead business operations initiatives including GTM programs, CPQ implementations, and contract workflows.
- Manage legal knowledge management infrastructure and KPI dashboards for leadership.
