Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
- 2+ years of experience within a fintech or financial institution.
- 3+ years of experience scaling operations and providing coaching to team members.
- Subject matter expertise on financial regulations including UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, and GDPR.
- Deep understanding of dispute management rules and response data.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management, or Design Thinking.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, issue/risk management, and cross-functional execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level updates.
- Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team responsible for delivering complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives aligned with servicing strategy.
- Develop clear program roadmaps and execution plans while tracking KPIs, budgets, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations partners to align priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Establish governance practices and deliver executive-ready communications on program status and risk.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify root causes and implement scalable process improvements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of product and process changes, including change management and adoption measurement.
- Architect and evolve the knowledge management ecosystem, including SOPs and AI-enabled knowledge tools.
- Oversee the design and delivery of training programs and translate technical concepts into manuals for human and AI agents.
