Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
- 2+ years of experience at a fintech or financial institution.
- 3+ years of experience scaling operations and providing team coaching and feedback.
- Subject matter expert on financial regulations (UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR).
- Deep understanding of dispute management rules and response data.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management, or Design Thinking.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong strategic planning, issue/risk management, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level updates and stakeholder influence.
- Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Experience building workflows within a regulatory environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team responsible for delivering complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives.
- Develop program roadmaps and execution plans while tracking KPIs, budgets, and risks.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to align priorities and deliver business outcomes.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify root causes and implement scalable process improvements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of product and process changes, including change management and adoption.
- Architect and evolve the knowledge management ecosystem, including SOPs and AI-enabled knowledge tools.
- Oversee the design and delivery of training programs and feedback loops.
