Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in business systems, digital platforms, or information management.
- Demonstrated experience in a business owner, product owner, or platform lead capacity.
- Proven project management skills in leading cross-functional systems or digital initiatives.
- Experience developing systems roadmaps, governance practices, and prioritization approaches.
- Experience providing direction and oversight to external technology and managed services partners.
- Practical knowledge of privacy management and information governance, including access and retention lifecycle practices.
- Strong systems thinking, facilitation, and judgment in translating complex vendor/data environments into recommendations.
- Confidence assessing technology from a business, governance, and user-experience perspective.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an organization-wide view of core platforms, program tools, integrations, vendors, and data flows.
- Serve as the internal business owner for designated platforms including Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
- Establish clear priorities, decision rights, and governance for systems and data.
- Develop and maintain a systems roadmap aligned with operational and strategic needs.
- Lead systems projects from requirements gathering through implementation and operational handover.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and direction for managed services and development partners.
- Establish practices for data ownership, storage, retention, and lifecycle management.
- Coordinate privacy reviews and maintain information-management policies.
