Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing, internal controls documentation, and audit methodology/workpapers review.
- OR 4+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup.
- Strong consulting skills and proven ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- Demonstrated project management proficiency with the ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with little direct oversight.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence change.
- Demonstrated history of communicating effectively with customers and across internal cross-functional teams.
- Bias towards action and ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular engagement cadences with customers through all phases of their implementation, from sales handoff to value realization.
- Create and track plans that outline customer goals, activities, and progress during the onboarding process.
- Cultivate customer champions and provide Fieldguide platform knowledge training.
- Act as a cross-functional liaison between customers and internal teams including Engineering, Product, Design, and Sales.
- Identify success risks proactively and develop decisive action plans to mitigate them.
- Measure and document customer value, case studies, and use cases to track progress and product adoption.
