Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading financial statement audits including SOX testing and internal controls documentation.
- 3+ years of experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation at a top consulting firm or high-growth startup.
- Proven track record of helping complex organizations succeed and driving business value.
- Proficiency in project management with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong executive presence and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a 'bias towards action' and the ability to work with little direct oversight.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular engagement cadences with customers throughout all phases of implementation.
- Create and execute customized onboarding plans aligned with customer goals.
- Cultivate customer champions and provide product training.
- Communicate customer requirements to internal engineering, product, and design teams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate implementation success risks.
- Document customer value realization, case studies, and success metrics.
