- At least one current Epic certification (Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, or Cheers).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and maintain focus.
- Self-starter capable of managing schedules and deadlines.
- Highly adaptable to new work environments and team structures.
- Aptitude for mentoring and guiding others.
- High degree of professionalism and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for clients.
- Apply technical expertise to individual client system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
- Mentor client project teams in project and system build strategy.
- Track and document risks and issues.
- Analyze and document workflows.
- Facilitate and provide documentation for project leadership.
- Monitor end-user workflows and provide optimization suggestions.
- Lead meetings regarding project status and work-product coordination.
