Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in healthcare experience management (Patient, Member, or Brand).
- Medical practice experience (CGCAHPS) and inpatient/hospital experience (HCAHPS).
- Demonstrated experience in driving performance improvement initiatives.
- Strong data analytic skills (Excel, Access, SQL, SAS, etc.).
- Advanced skills in MS Office Products (Word, PPT, Excel).
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in business administration, health policy, finance, or clinical field.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to multiple priorities.
- Experience in training and coaching member/patient-facing teams.
- Ability to travel up to 50% nationally.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Press Ganey and client data assets to consult with client stakeholders on industry changes and growth opportunities.
- Partner with health plans and medical groups to complete data analysis, interpretation, and process design.
- Construct and lead data analysis for payer analytics, including authorization metrics and denial rates.
- Train and coach member/patient-facing teams on best practices and process improvement.
- Manage defined scope of engagement plans, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and outcomes.
- Lead preparation of client deliverables such as assessments, quality reviews, training, and presentations.
- Serve as the direct point of contact for clients and build strategic working relationships.
