Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in value consulting, customer success, management consulting, sales strategy, or a related field.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital transformation is preferred.
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience.
- Strong ability to translate complex platform capabilities into business value narratives.
- Experience designing systems or tools for scaling team impact.
- Self-starter capable of operating effectively in undefined spaces with rigor.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Proficiency in building rigorous value frameworks and modeling outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams like Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture.
- Proactive interest and fluency in applying AI to business processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead value realization planning for strategic and enterprise accounts, tracking outcomes against existing business value assessments and establishing the value baseline and measurement framework.
- Build and maintain scaled AI value realization capabilities, including an AI-powered value realization tool and enablement frameworks for the Customer Success team.
- Engage directly with strategic accounts to lead value realization conversations, helping customers articulate business outcomes and build business cases for platform expansion.
- Partner with CSMs, CX Programs, Solutions Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers to connect customer goals to Webflow's native AI features.
- Own the design, build, and ongoing maintenance of a customer outcome database connecting platform adoption signals to business results.
- Lead integration efforts across the post-sale value ecosystem, mapping connections between AI tooling, executive business reviews, and the broader customer journey.
