Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in developer marketing, technical PMM, DevRel, or growth at an AI, infrastructure, or devtools company.
- Practical experience building with LLMs and AI agents.
- Strong technical communication skills with a focus on writing for context windows.
- Ability to discuss technical concepts like MCP at a whiteboard.
- Deep understanding of how developer tools, error messages, and documentation influence AI agent behavior.
- High level of comfort with ambiguity and ability to define new marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Make Speechify legible to machines by managing llms.txt, JSON-LD, OpenAPI specs, and capability manifests.
- Run agent-in-the-loop evaluations to measure performance across models like Claude, GPT, and Cursor.
- Build and optimize comparison pages to ensure Simba is the top recommended choice.
- Identify and optimize signals agents weight, such as benchmarks, latency, and SDK ergonomics.
- Serve as the voice of the agent internally to guide product and developer relations teams.
- Track and integrate into emerging agent protocols and marketplaces.
