Requirements
- 10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy roles.
- At least 5 years of experience leading teams.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or startup environments.
- Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot CRM design, sales automation, reporting, and lifecycle configuration.
- Deep experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue predictability.
- Demonstrated success in designing sales compensation plans, quotas, and performance incentives.
- Strong experience collaborating with Data and Finance teams on reporting, ETL, and attribution.
- Ability to set vision and execute in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills with mastery of spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the long-term Sales Operations strategy aligned to Roo’s revenue growth and GTM model.
- Manage the roadmap for CRM architecture, automation, and workflow optimization within HubSpot.
- Oversee all forecasting activities, including multi-level forecasting and KPI tracking in partnership with Finance and Data.
- Design and govern end-to-end sales compensation, including quota setting and territory design.
- Collaborate with Marketing and BD leadership on lead management, routing, and funnel optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Sales Ops team of managers and individual contributors.
- Establish clear operating cadences and drive data-driven decision-making across revenue teams.
