Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development.
- 6+ years of experience directly leading and scaling a partnerships or business development team.
- Proven track record owning a partnerships P&L or quota with accountability for forecasting and revenue.
- Experience owning both partnership strategy and post-signature execution across multiple partnership types.
- Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy and indirect sales or channel models.
- Strong understanding of healthcare, digital health, or employer benefits ecosystems.
- Exceptional executive presence with experience engaging C-suite partners and Boards.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across cross-functional departments including Legal, Product, and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end partnership ecosystem strategy across channel, integration, marketplace, reseller, and distribution models.
- Manage the partnerships P&L with quota-carrying accountability, including forecasting, attribution, and margin performance.
- Structure, negotiate, and close complex partnership agreements while identifying new strategic growth opportunities.
- Lead partner activation, ensuring integration into platforms and successful execution of joint business plans.
- Build, lead, and scale the partnerships organization, including defining hiring plans, management structures, and performance incentives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Sales to enable partner success and revenue impact.
