Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading complex, high-impact partnerships in travel, hospitality, enterprise SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, or similar platform-driven businesses.
  • Proven track record structuring and scaling strategic partnerships that balance near-term growth with long-term trust and incentive alignment.
  • Experience working with large, sophisticated partners at the executive level.
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to evaluate complex tradeoffs and make sound decisions under ambiguity.
  • Comfort engaging on platform- and technology-adjacent topics such as integrations, workflows, and enablement models.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally through influence in fast-scaling, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong executive presence and clear communication skills.
  • Credibility to represent the company in high-stakes external conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow Engine's strategic travel supply partnerships across lodging providers, hospitality groups, and key platform partners.
  • Serve as a senior external representative of Engine in complex, multi-stakeholder partner relationships, including C-suite and executive-level engagement.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with Engine's growth objectives and customer experience goals.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to inform supplier-facing capabilities, integrations, and workflows, translating partner needs into platform opportunities.
  • Evaluate commercial tradeoffs across growth, economics, risk, and long-term durability to structure robust partnership agreements.
  • Shape Engine's positioning as a technology partner, enabling new capabilities and deeper integrations.
  • Build scalable operating approaches for partner engagement, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Monitor trends across travel, distribution, and platform dynamics to inform strategy and prioritization.
