Requirements

  • BSc in science, engineering, or a quantitative field (MSc preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, customer-facing analytics, project management, or similar roles.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, building relationships, and leading customers at an executive level.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to understand technical concepts and lead technical discussions.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in PST/MST time zones.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS high-tech or startup company with an agile mentality is an advantage.
  • Experience with data analytics is an advantage.
  • Previous work with medical imaging and radiologists is an advantage.
  • Research experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow customer relationships by identifying and engaging key stakeholders.
  • Lead discussions with physicians at prestige medical centers to address pain points and enhance AI value.
  • Coordinate with R&D teams to define next steps and drive project execution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Represent the customer perspective to internal Product, Data, and AI teams to drive product enhancements.
  • Perform data analysis and present insights to customers to demonstrate solution value.
  • Initiate and execute research initiatives.
