Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales Operations.
- Experience within a SaaS environment is ideal.
- Strong organizational and self-motivation skills to manage high-volume account portfolios.
- Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to analyze data to tell a story and drive actionable outcomes.
- Strong written communication skills for digital content and customer engagement.
- Ability to conduct professional commercial conversations during renewal processes.
- Efficiency-focused mindset with an interest in automating routine tasks.
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial health of a large portfolio using tech-touch and semi-automated engagement strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle, including outreach and negotiations.
- Monitor customer health scores and usage data to identify at-risk and high-potential accounts.
- Identify expansion leads and facilitate seamless hand-offs to sales or expansion teams.
- Design, test, and optimize automated touchpoints across the customer journey.
- Provide voice-of-the-customer data to the Product team to inform the roadmap.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver education resources like articles and tutorials.
