- Manage assigned work requests and business process consulting projects.
- Identify and recommend improvements to business operations and models centered around ITSM, PPM, and AI/automation.
- Deliver webinars and workshops on IT Service Management topics like Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Deliver webinars and workshops on Project Portfolio Management topics including Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban methodologies.
- Perform TeamDynamix Work Management health checks and provide configuration recommendations.
- Assist clients with defining and documenting core processes for TeamDynamix adoption.
- Provide coaching on service management and AI/Automation to business leaders.
