- Provide technical support to TeamDynamix customers.
- Work directly with clients to troubleshoot issues and implement technical solutions.
- Manage incoming support requests with strong documentation and communication.
- Troubleshoot and replicate customer issues to identify root causes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Support, Professional Services, and Engineering teams.
- Deliver customer training and guidance regarding product functionality.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Introduce and apply AI tools and workflows to improve ticket management and operational efficiency.
