Requirements
- College degree with 1+ year of customer service experience, or high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to new processes in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer functions, including mouse, keyboard, and launching applications.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Availability to work shifts within the Monday–Friday, 7:30am–10pm EST window.
- Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work.
- Dedicated, quiet workspace free of disruption.
- Commitment to excellent attendance and quality work.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers through inbound calls, educating them on retirement products including 401(k), 403(b), 457, and 401(a).
- Assist customers with plan design inquiries, balance transfers, account information, loan requests, and payments.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, striving for first-call resolution in a metric-driven environment.
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while troubleshooting customer accounts.
- Participate in monthly 1:1 coaching sessions, team huddles, and daily prep time.
- Maintain professional communication and provide an outstanding customer experience.
