Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product, growth, or analytics at a SaaS or PLG company.
- Proven track record as a founding analyst or first analytics hire at a smaller company.
- Expert-level SQL skills (BigQuery preferred).
- Hands-on experience with modern BI tools such as Omni, Looker, Mode, or Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with event tracking tools such as Heap, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Strong experimentation skills, including A/B test design, statistical rigor, and interpretation.
- Working knowledge of Python or R for deep analysis.
- Strong business orientation with ability to connect insights to ARR, activation, and retention.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Design experiments, prioritize hypotheses, and analyze results in partnership with Growth squads.
- Own the experimentation framework end-to-end, including design, statistical rigor, and readouts.
- Build out the semantic layer in Omni to enable self-serve analytics for PMs, designers, and Sales.
- Develop source-of-truth dashboards connecting product metrics to ARR, activation, retention, and ROI.
- Partner with Engineering and Data Platform teams to validate tracking, schemas, and data pipelines.
- Translate complex analyses into actionable narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
