Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
- At least 1 year in a leadership role, managing and developing analytical teams.
- Proven track record in fintech, big tech, or other fast-scaling, data-driven environments.
- Strong technical skills in SQL and Python.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau (or similar).
- Solid experience in designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests to support product and strategy decisions.
- Strong background in building and analyzing reports, as well as driving data-informed solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting insights to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality delivery across all analytics workstreams.
- Drive the strategic planning and execution of risk initiatives using data, identifying opportunities, evaluating performance, and guiding improvements.
- Own the end-to-end analytics cycle for risk areas, from building reporting systems and running A/B tests to conducting ad-hoc analysis and translating insights into action.
- Oversee your team’s work on monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics, ensuring insights are turned into measurable improvements.
- Pilot and implement new tools and initiatives that improve the efficiency and impact of collections processes.
