Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in product analysis, configuration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent collaboration skills for working effectively across engineering and design teams.
- Strong communication skills grounded in transparency and teamwork.
- Adaptability and quick learning of new technologies and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Design, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage hands-on in product configuration to ensure high standards of functionality and user experience.
- Apply the laws of UX for intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Use data analytics to inform product decisions aligned with market needs and user expectations.
- Aid Product Managers with market research and customer insights.
- Define and track key metrics that measure product performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to propose and implement enhancements.
- Maintain transparent communication across product, implementation, and engineering teams.
