Requirements

- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on transparency and teamwork.
- Adept at learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Design, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in hands-on product configuration tasks to ensure high standards of functionality and user experience.
- Apply laws of UX in product design to ensure intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions aligned with market needs and user expectations.
- Aid Product Managers in conducting market research and gathering customer insights.
- Assist in defining and implementing key metrics to measure product performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to propose and implement product enhancements.
- Maintain transparency and visibility by conducting communications on public threads.
